What is Vestibule Training?

The vestibule training implies a training method that focuses on imparting job education training to skilled personnel or those workers who need to deal with machinery and equipment of the company in a location other than the primary manufacturing plant. Thus, to put it in other words, vestibule training which is also known as near-the-job training, refers to a training program where workers learn to operate the machinery and tools in a simulated setup.
