Refund Policy

Product Subscriptions: If at any time during your first 30 days of making the first payment, you find our services not up to the mark, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue. If you are still not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase, and downgrade your account to the free plan for that Product Or suspend your account.

After first 30 days, If at any time during your contract we remove, break or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for our product, we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address it on a timely manner to your satisfaction, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the reminder of your contract.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Every time at the time of your subscription auto renews, a mail would be sent listing the service and specifying the amount that will be charged to you. On occurrence of any material breach at our end You can choose to opt out by giving 30 days notice, if such breach remains uncured at the expiration of such notice period. For any other case, you can opt out by giving 60 days notice to us.

The exception to our Refund Policy

Please note that we will not entertain a request for a refund (FULL or PRO-RATED) when we have suspended or terminated your access to Zimyo Products and Services due to a violation of our Terms of Services.
