Check-Ins
Check-Ins is a process in the OKR cycle where meetings are set up for teams to share their progress made on the OKR. OKR check-ins are one of the most important steps that keep teams on track and prevent them from falling behind the set goals. These check-in meetings are usually more frequent than cadence meetings. To ensure success with the OKR framework, teams should come together every week to discuss task outcomes, KR progress, plans for the future, and what's working/ not working.
