Moonshot | Meaning and Definition

Moonshot

Moonshot refers to the most aspirational big goals in an organization. These types of goals are intentionally set so high that even if the team fails to achieve them, they make more progress than they would have made with realistic goals. Moonshot goals enable teams to tap into their full potential and think outside of the box to achieve their goals. Therefore, even if they make some progress on these goals, it is a good sign of growth.
