- Office- first – This model allows employees to work in the office for a few days and to work remotely for a few days. For example, Google decided to implement this hybrid model, which allows their employees to work in the office for three days a week and have the freedom to choose to work remotely for the remaining two days.
- Office-Occasional – This model is now preferred by most businesses with their own office space. This model allows employees to work in the office for a few times a week, and this strategy blends both the in-person work and individual solo work.
