Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with clients or internal stakeholders to assess business needs, identify growth opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights that support transformation and innovation. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes, strategies, and structures.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Identify challenges and recommend solutions that improve operational or financial performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations and monitor results.
- Prepare detailed reports, business proposals, and presentation decks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business consulting, strategy, or a similar advisory role.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
