We’re searching for a DevOps Engineer to assist us in developing functional solutions that improve the customer experience.
DevOps Engineers release product updates, identify production issues, and build customer‑centric integrations. We’d like to meet you if you have a strong history in software engineering and are comfortable with Ruby or Python.
You will automate and execute operational activities quickly, correctly, and securely.

– Implement customer‑requested integrations.
– Deploy updates and fixes.
– Build tools that reduce problems and enhance the customer experience while providing Level 2 technical support.
– Create software that connects to internal back‑end systems.
– Investigate the source of production errors.
– Resolve technical issues.
– Develop visualization scripts to automate processes.
– Write troubleshooting and maintenance procedures for the system.
Working understanding of databases and SQL is required, as well as a problem‑solving approach.
Comfortable with Ruby or Python.
Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or in an equivalent role.
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
The role includes implementing customer‑requested integrations, deploying updates and fixes, building tools to reduce problems, creating software that connects to internal back‑end systems, investigating and fixing production errors, and developing visualization scripts and maintenance procedures.
