By sending a resignation acceptance letter, the HRM can acknowledge the employee’s contributions to the firm and convey their best wishes for the employees’ future. Moreover, by doing so, the HRM can convey pertinent information, such as whether the employee will be allowed to continue working throughout the notice period.
