Annual Quota | Meaning and Definition

What is Annual quota?

Each employer’s yearly quota is the amount of time off a worker is entitled to each year. An annual quota indicates that an employee is entitled to a set number of paid vacation days from his or her company, which he or she can use whenever necessary within the terms of the leave policy. The overall number of paid leaves included in a quota varies per organization. When a worker takes time off, it is subtracted from their yearly leave quota, or if they are unable to use all of their time off, it is carried forward. Individuals typically receive around 20 to 30 days of vacation each year from their employers.
