An experience letter is an official document issued by employer to employee highlighting the skills and experience of the employee in the industry. Generally an experience letter is asked by the employee when they join a new organization.
An employer must be aware of what a experience letter should include.
An experience letter must include the following components:
1. Your job role/position in the organization
An experience letter must contain what was your job role/position in the organization. It is necessary to mention the job role so that employees could easily get a new job.
2. Date of joining the organization
