What is Delphi technique? 

It is a prognosticating tool that helps the panel of experts to gather information on the basis of a survey regarding some issues in the organization. It is a collection of the opinions and suggestions on various problems and issues from the experts in the organization. The questionnaires prepared for the experts are sent to them with the help of emails. 

Advantages of Delphi technique:

The information and opinions from the experts are gathered from experts from different groups and departments. These experts from different groups meet up for a conference and then a panel sits together to discuss the suggestions and opinions on a particular issue in an organization. The opinions and comments given by the experts are not disclosed to everyone as it is confidential.
