Red Circle Rate | Meaning and Definition

What is the Red Circle Rate?

The red-circle-rate definition is a pay rate beyond the maximum range assigned to the job’s grade. The additional pay is generally not given to those who are red-circled, and they are kept away from the additional payment given in the organization. This is applicable until the maximum range of the red circle rate is increased. Also, when an employer transfers from one organization to another for job opportunities and exposure, the salary payment must be higher than the earlier one.

“I was able to implement the platform on my own. It helps in assigning the tasks to other employees, conducting surveys & polls & much more. The ease of use & self-onboarding is something that I would like to appreciate.”
