Educational Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or in another secretarial role

  • Keep up with the latest workplace gadgets and software.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external customers. 
  • Receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence are all responsibilities that must be completed. 
  • Respond to requests and inquiries in a professional manner. 
  • Maintain a calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and send out reminders. 
  • Make your trip plans. 
  • Take dictation and minutes, and input data appropriately. 
  • Keep an eye on office supplies and look for good bargains or sources. 
  • Reports, presentations, and briefings must be written. 
  • Create and implement an effective documentation and filing system.
