We’re seeking for a high-achieving District Manager to serve as a vital link between the headquarters and the branches of the allocated district. You’ll ensure that branches are up to date on corporate rules and that the focus is on generating sales and developing productive client relationships. The selected applicant will be in charge of the district’s day-to-day operations and will be responsible for following business rules and procedures.

- Make regular visits to the area’s branches and communicate with management to function as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s branches.
- Be in charge of operational procedures, ensuring that each branch functions smoothly and fulfills sales and revenue targets.
- To increase market share, enhance customer experience, and drive growth, collaborate with top management, report to them, and provide recommendations.
- Ascertain that each branch provides value and excellence to its customers.
- Develop a strong team of dedicated branch managers who will preserve profit margins and carry out the company strategy.
- Ensure that all projects are completed profitably and in accordance with industry best practices.
- To stay ahead of the competition, use novel tactics and strategies.
