Educational Qualifications

  • Technical Training Manager, Technical Trainer, or other position with a track record of success 
  • A BSc in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline 
  • It’s advantageous to get additional training certifications, such as Certified Technical Trainer.

Skills Required for the job 

  • knowledge of creating technical course materials for both technology beginners and specialists 
  • understanding of online learning platforms and contemporary teaching methods 
  • excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to translate complex concepts into simple ones 

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct skill gap studies for both individuals and teams. 
  • Create technical education programs for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) 
  • Plan product-related trainings, such as demos of new features and simulation exercises in a real-world setting. Ensure that all new recruits receive basic technical training (e.g. on computer setup and security guidelines) 
  • Cooperate with professionals in the field to plan seminars and classroom-style trainings. 
  • Plan internal training sessions utilizing e-learning tools. 
  • At the conclusion of each course, evaluate if workers’ job performance has improved. 
  • Obtain input from teachers and students, then provide suggestions to improve the learning experience.
