  • Budget management experience is required. 
  • Have consulting experience, with an emphasis on operations management.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness as a project coordinator 
  • Strong project reporting abilities with an emphasis on interdepartmental communication

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chief Executive’s calendar, including meeting scheduling and travel arrangements. 
  • To increase cooperation across the business, provide department heads with recommendations and input. 
  • Assist members of the executive team in determining and prioritising company initiatives in light of their schedules. 
  • Determine ways to assess team performance and key performance indicators.
