Grading OKR refers to the process of evaluating the progress of OKR at the end of each OKR cycle. Durin OKR grading, teams come together to assess the performance of goals and determine whether the OKR was accomplished or not. This process is usually evaluated based on a scale of 0-100% at the end of the quarter or month.
