1. Paid Annual Leave

Employees are entitled to 30 calendar days of paid leave per year after completing 1 year of service. Prorated for less than a year

2. Sick Leave Entitlement

Up to 90 days/year 1st 15 days: Full pay Next 30: Half pay Last 45: Unpaid Medical certificate is required.

3. Maternity & Parental Leave

Maternity Leave: 60 days total (45 paid, 15 unpaid) Paternity Leave: 5 days within first 6 months of child’s birth
