Document Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide information about the newly launched features in version 1.0

The document helps the user to understand the purpose, prerequisites, and navigation of the newly launched features. Thus, helping him/her to use the application more effectively.

Purpose

° ‘SELF-SERVICE’ option for employees where by loginthey can view their day-to-day office activities like check-in check-out time, attendance, leav, pay slip, announcements.

Purpose

Keep track of employees working hours, check-in check-out time and maintain the attendance record by generating customized reports.

° Biometric data will be in sync with us 24*7.
° HR or manager can view records of late-coming, early-going, attendance missing, short hours of employees helping to monitor teams efficiency.
° The system generates the customized reports in excel and pdf format as well. Fetch data by applying department and employee wise filter.
° Also, upload/import the bulk employees attendance data through excel.
