We’re searching for a capable Program Coordinator who can handle a variety of administrative and programme management responsibilities. You’ll assist in the planning and organization of programmes and events, as well as perform key operational functions.
You must be organized and detail-oriented, as well as comfortable working with a variety of teams, to be an exceptional programme coordinator. We’d like to meet you if you have additional talents in programme creation and human resources assistance.
The objective will be to make it easier to administer programmes effectively in accordance with the organization’s requirements.
- BSc/BA in business administration or related discipline with attention to detail and efficiency
- Proven experience as a programme coordinator or in a related role
Skills Required for the job
- Knowledge of programme management and development methods
- Budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting expertise
- Ability to collaborate with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams while being tech savvy and fluent in MS Office
- Outstanding time management and organizing abilities
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing
- Assist in the planning and coordination of a program’s activities.
- Ensure that policies and practices are followed.
- Maintain a budget and keep track of your spending and transactions.
- Manage media relations, social media, and other forms of communication.
- Assist in the development of positive relationships both inside the team and with external parties.
- Schedule and arrange meetings/events, as well as keep track of the agenda.
- Ensure that all technology is used properly in all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
- Prepare paperwork and place an order for supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and write reports or recommendations.
- Encourage expansion and programme development.
