Aveg has two decades of global leadership experience in various dimensions –management, bureaucracy and technology. He lead the Strategy, Product, Government Relations and International Business at AuthBridge, the biggest Indian company in the field of background verification. Previous to this, Aveg had set up India operations of a multinational Spanish windfarm company Fersa as its Country Manager. He coordinated the sale of Indian business of Fesra to a US MNC. Before that, Aveg had spent ten years in the Indian Foreign Service (IFS) whereby he served in various Indian Embassies across the globe building the trade and high level relationship between the two countries. He holds an MBA degree from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi..
Virendra Singh Yadav comes from the background of Armed Forces, wherein, he retired as a Lt Col in Oct, 2005, after putting in a service of over 22 years. Academically he is a Masters in Defence Electronics, Masters in Defence Armament Design & Radars and MBA in HR. He has been an instructor for over 6 years at various Army training establishments. He had the proud privilege of serving with Late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam on the Trishul & Akash missile , as also on a management project at DRDO headquarters. His last tenure was at Army headquarters, New Delhi as Director Manpower Planning & Policies for Army Air Defence Corps. He was CEO Projects at an Infra company in NCR for a year, before he was picked up as AVP HR at Reliance Retail in Sep, 2006. He spent eight years plus at Reliance as VP HR taking care of HR including L&D for various verticals with longest duration being for Supply Chain. In later part of 2014 he moved to Janalakshmi Financial Services as Head L&D to take care of their training needs of NBFC/MFI and the transition to the Small Finance Bank. He has now taken a plunge into entrepreneurship and has launched Talent Mould Pvt Ltd wef 1st Sep, 2016.
